How each tool works, and the order to use them in.
List Sorter
Turn a rough paste into a clean, grouped list you can copy or print from.
Paste a list
- Open List Sorter and paste into the box. One card per line.
- A leading number sets quantity:
4x Lightning Boltor4 Lightning Bolt. - Add a tag with a hash:
#sideboard,#burn. Foil can be written asfoilor(FOIL). - Click Sort & Group Cards.
What you get
- Cards grouped by rarity, then colour, then type.
- Mana cost and type line on each row, if you leave those on in settings.
- Your tags kept on the line.
Fix a printing
On a phone, a quick tap on a name shows the card image. A long press opens the version list. On desktop, hover for the image and click the name for versions. Tick a finish or frame only if you want that tag written onto the line. Unchecked tags stay off the list.
Copy it out
Click Copy List. Settings control whether headers, types, mana costs and tags are included.
Commander PDF Generator
Pull a popular Commander list and take it away as a PDF.
Get a list
- Search for a commander. Pick it from the suggestions.
- For partners, press the mode button so it shows two slots, then search the partner.
- Click Retrieve.
Read the grid
- Cards are grouped into sections. Each card shows its inclusion rate and a price.
- On a phone the grid is one card wide. A tablet in portrait is three across, landscape four.
- Scroll the list and the page background fades darker so the cards stay readable.
Open the menu and use Print PDF once a list is loaded. The PDF uses the same card layout as the page.
Card Desk
The book for a buying round: who asked for what, what it costs, what arrived, and who has been sent their cards.
Set up a round
- On the dashboard, open a round and name the source.
- Add people under People, with an address if you post to them.
- In Settings, set your markup and the margin floor. Extra products (printouts, boxes) live there too.
Take orders
- Go to Order lines and pick the round.
- Paste a list, one card per line. A leading number is the quantity.
- Paste a priced list to quote them:
Sol Ring 3, orSol Ring (foil) 18when the same name has two prices. - Accept the ones you will fill. Decline the rest. A declined card can be kept by you, which moves the cost onto you.
When cards arrive
- Receipts: new receipt, set the source and any inbound shipping.
- Tick off what arrived. That copies the name and the locked cost. It does not ask for a price again.
- Something you did not order goes to the pool, tagged, so you can offer it before anyone is charged.
Send them on
Parcels: add the allocated cards, set the outbound shipping, and it splits that cost by how many cards each person has in the parcel. Outstanding shows what is accepted and not yet sent.
Close the round
The dashboard close-out checks five things: accepted but not received, received but not sent, surplus stock, people still owing, and sources you still owe. Clear those, then mark the round closed.
